ESPLANADE ZAGREB HOTEL, Zagreb – A Smart Stay in the City

The hotel has a rich history, from the marble lobby to the dark wood rooms. The rooms are spacious, offering a king-size bed and a seating area with a sofa bed. The service was somewhat lacking, with rude receptionists but the location is convenient, situated between Paris and Istanbul. The dining experience fell short, as we were redirected and left without food, but the hotel stands next to the train station.

My stay at the hotel was just perfect. The room, a corner junior suite with plenty of light and overlooking the park, was beautiful and stylish with incredible smart technology, although it was not cleaned after the previous guest. The service was extremely accommodating and helpful, especially when they scheduled a last-minute hair appointment for me. The location is quite strategic in the city center, just a 5-minute walk to the shopping centers and the arts center building, although it put me in an awful situation. The dining experience at Zinfandel's restaurant was simply pure magic, with ample, delicious food. Overall, a delightful stay with a few inconveniences.
