the breakfast offered a great variety of choices.

I found some staff indifferent. Bellboys ignored my luggage at checkout. the concierge seemed unwelcoming. the carpets showed wear, and a high tea i ordered included stale sandwiches.

The architecture was excellent. The room was spacious. The breakfast offered many choices in a lovely dining room. I especially liked the outdoor terrace.

The bell staff ignored me while I struggled with my luggage. I found the concierge intimidating. There was no coffee maker in my room and cups cost extra.
